We will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
You can also track your delivery at any time by using our Track Order link.
This will provide you with the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we will let you know straight away either via email or SMS notification.
We only offer collections on appointment for select items. Kindly contact us on [email protected] to find out more about your collection options.
To check whether your product is eligible for return:
- Go to your Orders page
- Select the order containing the product
- Select the ‘Refund’ button
- Check the refund policy for eligibility criteria
- Submit Refund claim for review.
- A confirmation email will be sent for your refund request
- After review refund request details will be communicated to your authorised contact details.
Additional Info:
Non-Returnable products are typically products which:
- Fall outside of the product warranty period
- Are listed on our website as Non-Returnable (as stipulated on the returns policy)
- Do not meet the returns criteria
- Are digital products
From the top of any e-supply.co.za page, select My Account and enter your relevant credentials in order to log in. Once in your account dashboard, click on Personal Details in your Customer Information section, then simply complete the Update Password fields and click Update.
Login to your account with your email address, that your account was registered with, and your password,
Change your old details to your new one and save your changes.
Your new email address will be your user Login from now on.
